Papers are also encouraged from researchers working to understand the impacts on employers from their involvement in education, notably in terms of staff recruitment, development, engagement and corporate reputation.  Papers are particularly encouraged which address conference themes of social mobility and delivery mechanisms in international perspective. Paper givers are entitled to a 50% reduction on the conference fee. Dissemination:  Later this year the Journal of Education and Work will publish a special edition of articles based on papers from the inaugural 2010 conference.  The conference organisers are again in discussion with the Journal about issuing a special edition based on papers from the 2011 conference.
