The first target are youths who are not skilled,including those who have low levels of literacy. For this reason we are exploring and need help in coming up with the aforementioned material including M & E tools & any other relevant advise. Contributions from members of this forum will go a long way in improving the livelihoods of the youths. Help us to help the youth rise out of poverty.
