You may find the learning platform provided by Cisco for no costs
appropriate for your target group. Teaching basic IT competences, with
hands-on experience is supported by a blended learning content. The content
is available in several languages (English, Spanish, French, Arabic,
Russian an Chinese). Some more localized versions exist.
