Dear  Sérgio,

The Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council (CTHRC) develop and maintain
national occupational standards for the sector. You can download these
standards at no cost from the following link:
http://emerit.ca/en/free_downloads/occupational_standards

Our firm (EDM-Consultants) has recently developed an international
standard for Food and Beverage Management for the CTHRC. Let me know if you
are interested in this standard, which has not been published yet. Please
let me know also if you want direct contact with CTHRC staff.
