"Democratização, emancipação e sustentabilidade" será o tema do
2º Fórum Mundial de Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (FMEPT), que
ocorrerá de 28 de maio a 1º de junho de 2012 em Florianópolis. O evento
é coordenado pelo Instituto Federal de Santa Catarina e tem o apoio do
Ministério da Educação.
A definição do tema do fórum era o principal item da pauta da segunda
reunião do comitê organizador do evento. Cerca de 30 entidades
participaram do encontro. De acordo com o professor Silmar Primieri, do
Campus Urupema do Instituto de Santa Catarina, um dos integrantes da
comissão temática, o objetivo é discutir o acesso à educação.
"Queremos abordar as questões da inclusão, permanência e êxito",
explica. Sobre o termo "emancipação", a intenção é que se perceba
que a educação profissional deve ser pensada para a formação do
indivíduo. "Já a sustentabilidade será abordada não só pensando na
questão ambiental, mas em todos os processos que possam impactar as
gerações futuras", destaca Primieri.
As instituições que tiverem interesse em participar do comitê
organizador do fórum podem enviar mensagem para eventos@ifsc.edu.br ou
ligar para 55 (48) 3877-9007.
