Dear Motokazu Kanokogi,
I am glad to read that you are kaizen Evangelist!
Can you please clear inform us what it (KAIZEN) is, why the japanese
prefered it (among other such systems, e. g. other quality management
systems like ISO, etc.), and how it IS (can be) integrated in the TVET
system of a country. Others as well are, of course, invited to reply
promptly.
Where else is it applied, other than japan?
Any specific material or website to teach me on this issue?
Thanking You in advance.

[Moderator comment: A short introduction to Kaizen is available at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaizen
-Kaizen, Japanese for "improvement" or "change for the better", refers to
philosophy or practices that focus upon continuous improvement of processes
in manufacturing, engineering, supporting business processes, and
management. [...] Kaizen is a daily process, the purpose of which goes
beyond simple productivity improvement. It is also a process that, when
done correctly, humanizes the workplace, eliminates overly hard work
("muri"), and teaches people how to perform experiments on their work using
the scientific method and how to learn to spot and eliminate waste in
business processes.]
