go to the TESDA website http://www.tesda.gov.ph/program.aspx?page_id=29

The Philippines Training Authority is indeed very generous to make
available more than 200 Competency Standards (Training Regulations) plus
the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) available for download. Your
occupations mentioned are all covered.
In the tables place the mouse pointer over "FILE" to download, not the
name of the occupation.
